  • The login credentials provided are incorrect.
  • The seller failed to provide warranty support as advertised.
  • You believe your order does not match the description listed.

How to File a Complaint

Filing a complaint is quick and simple:

  1. Prepare your Order ID – This is the only proof required to open a dispute.

  3. Our support team will verify your Order ID and review the case with the seller.

Resolution Process

  • Once you file a complaint, our team will act as a neutral mediator between you and the seller.
  • If your claim is valid (e.g., account dead on delivery, wrong credentials), Entersocial will ensure that the seller provides a replacement account or refund according to their warranty terms.
  • All disputes are handled within 24–72 hours depending on case complexity.

Important Notes

  • Entersocial itself does not sell accounts; we provide a safe marketplace for sellers.
  • Buyers are encouraged to purchase a small quantity for testing before placing bulk orders.
  • Complaints must be filed within the warranty period stated by the seller.
  • Refunds or replacements are case-by-case and depend on proof of invalid accounts.
